One of most embarrassing moments is when I was in PE and we were shown our warm ups. At the time , I didn't really think about my actions, so around when they were showing us how to do jumping jacks, I started to do them myself. I was literally the only person doing it in our class, and everyone pretty much laughed at me. Looking back at it now, my feelings still haven't changed about that, and I look back at it, whenever I don't think about the situation I'm in.
Yes, I honestly believe that people put pressure on themselves, just to look perfect, for example, supermodels lose or don't eat enough food just so they can run down the runway. Also in cincenieras, weddings, even in school. Some guys try to look good so they can get the ladies, and the ladies do it so they can attract males. I actually tried that to impress a woman, but that had different standards, and sadly enough, I got rejected. I'm over the that now, but hey, there's a lot of people out there who do it.
